An alcohol free skin toner just for oily, acne or blemished skin! Uses Zinc PSA to prevent serious oil from developing beneath the skin where it can cause acne. Why Zinc PCA? It is an anti-bacterial, infection fighting amino Acid that is derived from zinc, an ingredient that makes up over 21% of your skin and effects its oil production.
After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water. Follow with appropriate protective treatment for skin type.
